2. Subscription and Payments

Pro Plan

We offer a "Pro" subscription that provides access to advanced dialogues and unlimited AI practice. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile settings via the Stripe Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Generally, payments are non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Reverse engineer or scrape the application content.
• Upload malicious audio or scripts.
• Attempt to bypass subscription checks or AI usage limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the service, such as text, graphics, logos, and audio lessons, is the property of Tirhas English and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Disclaimers

Tirhas English provides AI-powered feedback. While we strive for high accuracy, the AI feedback is provided "as is" and should be used as a learning aid, not a definitive linguistic certification. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tirhas English shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
